CreatorBusinessTools is an English-language comparison site for people who are building a business around what they know: solo creators, coaches, teachers, and first-time small business owners in the US.

We cover the software those businesses tend to need first: online course platforms (such as Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, Podia and LearnWorlds), community platforms (such as Circle, Skool and Mighty Networks), email marketing (such as Flodesk, Kit and MailerLite), andpayroll & HR (such as Gusto) for when you hire your first employee.

How we write our comparisons

• Our guides are research-based. They're built from each vendor's official pricing pages, help-center articles and published plan details — not from long-term hands-on testing, and we don't claim otherwise.
• We use price ranges instead of exact prices, because SaaS pricing, promotions and plan limits change often. Always confirm the current price and terms on the provider's site before you sign up.
• We try to say plainly who each tool is not a good fit for, not just who it suits.
